Refund & returns policy

Because Ventara ONE sells liquidation and clearance inventory — often one-of-a-kind or low-quantity items — our returns policy is more limited than a typical retailer. Please read this policy before ordering.
Item condition
Every listing displays a condition badge (New, Like new, Used – good, or Used – acceptable) along with a description of any notable wear, missing accessories, or cosmetic issues we found during intake. We grade items honestly — please review this information carefully, as condition disclosed at time of purchase is not grounds for a return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Contact page with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
Change of mind
Because our inventory is finite and largely non-restockable, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns except where required by law. If you're unsure about an item, please message us before ordering.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Because we begin packing orders quickly, we can only cancel an order before it has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
